Hi, I’m Drew! I help Veterans and Heroes with "outside the box" knowledge when it comes to the rating process.

Starting back in 2001 I worked with both the VA and VBA in several levels of the organization with the highest being on the rating board.  After 15 years the decision was made to leave and help out in a different role.  I wanted to be able to help Veterans in a different capacity, treat them like human beings and ultimately family. I spent the next few important years developing a process and strategy that would truly work when it came down to achieving the highest results possible.

I took my passion for coaching and helping Veterans to the next level and BOOM, My coaching career was born! I'm going on 20+ years of obtaining positive results for our Veterans.

She is a military wife and stay-at-home mom.  Her husband retired not long ago and decided to work for the post office.  They were having a hard time financially after his retirement and switching jobs.  Fortunately, we met Drew, and his help really changed our lives.  He was able to get them  a 90% disability rating, and because of that, they get a big check every month that makes live so much easier.  Cherith believes in what Drew does so much that she ended up joining the team! He really cares about Veterans, and he is here to help them get the compensation they deserve for the years they poured into serving their country.  Every brave soul who has served in the military deserves to get their full Veterans disability benefits, and she loves being able to be a part of the mission and vision of RWB coaching! 

Arionna is our digital content creator and social media marketing coordinator. She believes that hard work and good faith will take you anywhere you want to go in life. You will most often see Arionna creating promotional material to support and promote Drew and RWBCoach. As a registered nurse, she most looks forward to helping veterans gain a better understanding of the medical jargon they see, so that they can use it to get the benefits they deserve!

Regan is our Customer Service Specialist, who enjoys making sure all clients are kept up to date on what is going on with their claim, even if no new information has come in.  She believes everyone should know they have not been forgotten and even if you don't see the work, we are still fighting for you. With military members peppered through her family and friends, she believes in RWB coach and the opportunity it brings to a community that has already given so much for us.

Steven was enlisted in the active  US Army back in early 1971, separated in the mid 70's and entered the Army Reserves. Once he completely separated, Steve spent most of his time as an oil distributing business owner.  Once it was time for him to move on to the next chapter of his adulthood he became the main Supervisor  for the special road district in the Twin Cities. Prior to full retirement he took on a role as the project manager for the local County Road Service district in the immediate area.. Steve is now retired and enjoying that lifestyle. When he's not working out in the yard or watching Western movies, you can find him working acreage at a farm close to his home or spending time with his family.
