Starting back in 2001 I worked with both the VA and VBA in several levels of the organization with the highest being on the rating board. After 15 years the decision was made to leave and help out in a different role. I wanted to be able to help Veterans in a different capacity, treat them like human beings and ultimately family. I spent the next few important years developing a process and strategy that would truly work when it came down to achieving the highest results possible.

I took my passion for coaching and helping Veterans to the next level and BOOM, My coaching career was born! I'm going on 20+ years of obtaining positive results for our Veterans.

Steven was enlisted in the active US Army back in early 1971, separated in the mid 70's and entered the Army Reserves. Once he completely separated, Steve spent most of his time as an oil distributing business owner. Once it was time for him to move on to the next chapter of his adulthood he became the main Supervisor for the special r
Steven was enlisted in the active US Army back in early 1971, separated in the mid 70's and entered the Army Reserves. Once he completely separated, Steve spent most of his time as an oil distributing business owner. Once it was time for him to move on to the next chapter of his adulthood he became the main Supervisor for the special road district in the Twin Cities. Prior to full retirement he took on a role as the project manager for the local County Road Service district in the immediate area.. Steve is now retired and enjoying that lifestyle. When he's not working out in the yard or watching Western movies, you can find him working acreage at a farm close to his home or spending time with his family.
